Welcome to Holistic Giant
Holistic Giant is based in the Malvern Hills National Landscape, in the historic Three Counties region of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire, in an idyllic location to the west of the Cotswolds and east of the Wye Valley. The practice was founded by me, Joe Harrington, an experienced psychotherapist with an MSc in psychology and a BSc in addiction therapy. I am accredited with the British Psychological Society and Addiction Professionals and qualified in a range of psychotherapeutic techniques, including person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and interpersonal group therapy, as well as various alternative disciplines, such as Reiki and yoga. I believe in a holistic approach to healing and growth, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate, effective therapy tailored to your individual journey towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
